MrLens.com.my usually keeps full inventory of all major leading brands such as Acuvue, Focus, Air Optix, PureVision, Soflens, Biomedics and also Colour Contact Lenses.

If your order is a popular brand and your Sphere / Power is within the normal range less than -6.00, we usually would have stocks available and would be able to ship it out within 24hours.

If your order is a unique brand and your Sphere / Power is outside of normal range more than -6.00 or with Astigmatism or with Addition Power or special base curve (B.C), we usually would take up to 14 working days to be shipped out.

If you place an order near or during peak holiday period such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, and New Year, it would take slightly longer for the products to be shipped out.

If you place an order during weekends/public holidays, we would only start processing the order once we are back to work. (Monday – Friday, 9 to 6pm. Having such hours and not being in retail shopping mall, we save these operational overhead cost to provide you with huge savings on your contact lenses ;) ) Just plan your purchase and everything would be in order ;)

If you place an order for popular brand Colour Contact lenses, we usually would have stock but only the most popular colors. If you ordered a special colour, then, it would take up to 14working days to be shipped out.

-Shipping Address please provide us your Company Address instead of home address as we prefer to ship to your company since there are always people during working hours.

-Weight is Automatically detected by our system. An average box of monthly disposables is 22gm and an average box of daily disposables is 75gm.

Important Notes :

1. Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Transit time

    Delivery Time is the time it takes to reach your desired shipping address

    Shipping time is the time it takes the courier company to reach the destination excluding transit time if applicable.

    Transit time only applies to international orders where the parcel needs to clear custom, duty and tax of each respective country.

2. Delivery Time displayed above represents the number of business days after the goods leaves our warehouse. It is provided as informational purpose only and used as a guild line.

3. We are not responsible for any delay by different countries custom clearance procedure or the respective Postal services delay in handling the mail parcel.

4. MrLens.com.my is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.

5. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

6. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your goods.

Return

-All goods purchased at MrLens.com.my are non-refundable!

-We guarantee that you will receive the exact contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging. If it happens that we ship your order wrongly, let us know within 14 days from the date of the receipt and we will replace it free of charge.
-Just email info@mrlens.com.my with subject as Return.

-During the return of products, please indicate Your Name, Your Mobile and Your Order Number

-Re-pack only unopened, unmarked and sealed contact lens vials or boxes for return.

-Address the return package to: MrLens (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Peti Surat No.9071, Pejabat Post Kelana Jaya, 46804 Petaling Jaya

-For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier.  

-We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments during returns.

-Note that it can take up to 6 weeks to complete the processing of your return.
